Monthly Call – California Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Specialists are invited to join the call. There will also be time for IPS Specialists to connect with other IPS Specialists from across the state.
Focus:
These calls will focus on topics specific to the role of the specialist, including developing rapport with clients, person centered approach, focus on client strengths, job development, collaborating with Department of Rehabilitation, follow along supports, benefits planning, sharing employment and school success stories, the IPS fidelity scale and more.
