During this training, attendees will have the opportunity to examine factors that characterize difficult time periods in both historical and contemporary times. This historical framing will be rooted in an exploration of how such periods uniquely affect ACT and FACT clinical supervision. Foundational to this examination will be a consideration of the inter-connectedness and impact of attendee’s own identities and social locations, acknowledging how one’s personal contexts inform one’s role as an ACT and FACT clinical supervisor, particularly during difficult times. Ultimately, attendees will be equipped to demonstrate more effective practices for navigating ACT and FACT clinical supervision during difficult times.
Focus: Attendees will be able to demonstrate better practices for navigating ACT and FACT clinical supervision during difficult times.
