Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based, family and community-driven treatment that helps youth with serious behavioral challenges remain safely at home while reducing justice involvement and out-of-home placements. The MST Center of Excellence (COE) supports California counties and providers with hands-on guidance for planning, launching and sustaining high-quality MST programs.
