Summary

This webinar provides an overview of the Clubhouse Model, a community-based approach to mental health recovery grounded in participation, relationships, and shared responsibility. Attendees will learn how Clubhouses operate, the core elements that define the model, and how they support meaningful outcomes such as employment, education, and community integration. The session will also introduce how quality is maintained through International Standards for Clubhouse Programs™, training, and accreditation, and how Clubhouses develop over time through practice and alignment with the model.

  • The role of the Work-Ordered Day and member participation.
  • Employment, education, and whole-person supports.
  • How Clubhouses fit within a broader system of care.
  • Outcomes associated with the model.
